BIM/CIM Package [AECC] User Case Vol. 4
Efficiently streamline the construction and maintenance management of 2000 kilometers of highways! NEXCO Central Japan's CIM introduction strategy.
We would like to introduce a case study of how Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited utilized Autodesk's BIM/CIM package software, "Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection (AEC Collection)." <Overview> NEXCO Central Japan began implementing CIM in 2017, applying it to projects such as congestion countermeasures for the Kobito Tunnel on the Chuo Expressway and earthworks for the New Tomei Expressway. Moving forward, they plan to fully adopt ICT civil engineering, significantly changing the productivity of highway construction and maintenance through CIM, including IoT-based maintenance management for approximately 2000 km of expressways. <Implementation Results> Please refer to the PDF document for more details.
